Childcare Fees & Funding

Our Fees

All fees are based on 51 weeks’ attendance per year and subject to availability.

The table below shows the fees per month for attending Tic Toc Nursery for a full day, depending on your eligibility. All fees are inclusive of meals, extracurricular activities, nursery experiences, our nursery parent app, and consumables.

* 10% discount applies on full-time places.

Additional Funding & Fee Information

If your child qualifies for 2-year funding through additional government support, please contact us at admin@tictocnurseryschool.co.uk to learn more about our offer.

We pride ourselves in keeping our fees competitive and affordable.
We are open from 7.30am to 6.15pm, Monday to Friday and offer full day care between these times.
Half day sessions are only available for our younger children in the baby and toddler room.
We offer 15 hour and 30 hour funded places for children aged 3 and over.
We offer a limited number of funded places for 2- year olds.
We also offer a limited number of Term -Time only places.
We do not charge a higher fee for emergency or ad-hoc days required (these are days that can be easily booked as needed, on top of your regular fixed nursery days).
We do not charge for a registration fee or request a deposit for reserving a place.

Included in our fees

All readily available standard nappies and milk e.g. Aptimel, SMA. We do request parents to provide any specialist milk or nappies that are required.

The cost of all extra-curricular activities are also included in the fees.

Late Payment Fees	10% of any outstanding amount applicable from the due date, plus £25 administration costs.

Many of the nursery schools we visited before finding Tic Toc had a sterile, corporate feel. Tic Toc is nothing like that. It has a wonderful energy, loving teachers and great add-ons like forest school and music classes. There are bunnies, chickens and lots of outside space. The staff get to know the children and are able to give individual feedback and resolve issues. The school earned our trust and was most accommodating, all the way through to “graduation”. We have many warm, happy memories (and a folder full of artworks), which we will treasure for life. Thank you to the Tic Toc team for getting our little guy ready for the next life chapter.

I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for C this past year! C started in your care as a baby and is leaving your care as a little madam who can say her ‘ please’ and ‘thankyou’s’. You were so warm and welcoming and I for one cannot forget how reassuring you were, especially on those difficult first days. The kind of care you have provided is priceless! C will miss you as a key person. However, we know that a part of you will be with her. If the next person she has is like you, she will be very lucky. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!
